The phase stationary principles ( psp ) and the paired echo principles ( pep ) are firstly reviewed . the error tolerable levels and the error budget are secondly determined . system error model is introduced to analyze the effects of various error sources 利用驻定相位原理和成对回波理论，分析了系统幅相误差的影响；建立了uwbr系统误差模型；提出了uwbr系统误差补偿的新方法并成功应用于实际uwbr系统。
